Leadership

Ron Sparks

CEO

Ron has been working in the concrete Industry since 1998 and has 30 years’ experience in the industry. Former VP/GM of Hanson Pipe and Precast, and founder and VP/GM of Columbia Precast and Rogue Valley Precast. Ron also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Precast Concrete Association and remains active within the organization. Ron is a graduate of Central Washington University.

Dan Parker

Chief Operating Officer

Experienced Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Managerial Finance, Performance Management, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting. Strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA focused in Finance from Marylhurst University.)

Steve Tuttle

Concrete Division / Outside Sales Consultant

Steve has been in the precast concrete industry since 1973 and with Marks since 2002. He has been instrumental in developing our Concrete division. After retiring in 2016, he now works for MMT as an outside sales consultant specializing in precast concrete projects.

Rob Freeman

VP of Sales

Leader in the steel fabrication and concrete form industry, passionate about customer satisfaction, project management, and team building. Rob brings over 30 years in the industry in various roles, including inside/outside technical sales, customer relationship management, project management, and leadership.
